5. Acceptable Use Policy

7. Service Availability and Modifications

• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• That generated tables will be 100% accurate

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or applications. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextToTable, Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from errors or inaccuracies in generated tables
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TextToTable, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
